Welfare Officers Referees need to apply for their DBS directly with First Advantage using these instructions.
To renew your DBS please use the link below and use the organisation pin and secret word provided;

Secret Word - Roses (Capital R)
When you click on the link you will need to click on the grey REGISTER button on the right-hand side. This then takes you through the application process.
Once you have completed your application, please contact West Riding FA to arrange for your ID to be verified.
PLEASE NOTE: As a Welfare Officer you will need to use an alternative email address to the one used to verify your club Coaches.
