In order to affiliate, ALL Clubs are required to have a named Secretary, Chair and Treasurer. It is advisable that these roles are not occupied by the same person.
All youth clubs (U7 - U18) are also required to have a Club Welfare Officer.
Without these in place, your Club is unable to affiliate to the West Riding FA. Details are needed for all mandatory contacts including address, date of birth, telephone number and email address.
The training requirements for each role are as follows:
- Secretary - FA Safeguarding Children for Committee Members - Safeguarding for Committee Members
- Chairman- FA Safeguarding Children for Committee Members - Safeguarding for Committee Members
- Treasurer - FA Safeguarding Children for Committee Members - Safeguarding for Committee Members
- Club Welfare Officer
- Current FA DBS
- FA Safeguarding Children Workshop - Safeguarding Children Course
- FA Welfare Officers Course - Welfare Officer Course
- FA Safeguarding Children for Committee Members - Safeguarding for Committee Members
