3G pitches are fantastic facilities for clubs and groups to train and play on. The Football Foundation have funded more than 1,000 across the country, with plans for many more.
Through our Local Football Facility Plans (LFFPs), we’ve identified locations where we want to prioritise our investment and build more 3G pitches. We’re now working with local authorities and partners to turn these plans into reality. To find the plan for your area please visit https://footballfoundation.org.uk/local-plans.
If you’re looking to develop a new 3G Pitch, you’ll first need to contact your local County FA. Please contact our Facilities & Investment Manager, Andrew Shuttleworth on 0113 2821222 or via email andrew.shuttleworth@westridingfa.com so that we can provide some initial advice and guidance.
