I have paid an invoice by bank transfer but the Whole Game System says this is still outstanding?

Bank transfers have to be manually receipted by our Finance Officer which are done on a daily basis (when she is in the office). These do not automatically update in the Whole Game System and therefore late fees could automatically be added. The Whole Game System is available 24/7 and therefore the best option if available to make payments.
