Coaching qualification e.g. Level 1 - it could be that the coach hasn't completed all the necessary components of the course, such as online modules; follow this guide to check that all components have been completed and/or access the online modules.
Non-coaching qualification e.g. Safeguarding Children - it could be that the register for that course hasn't been marked (please allow up to 14 days) or the coach may have multiple FAN records and was registered for the course using a different record (please see above for guidance for this circumstance).
